Bee Cutout from the castle - Part 1

I can only post one photo at a time, so that’s why the parts.

This colony of  bees moved into the framing under the balcony on this monstrously large and fancified house.  They had comb right behind where the two 2X4s are bent in at the bottom.

There is already marble on  the floor of the balcony, so I don’t see why the builders left it open so long.  Unfortunately, I had to break out 3 2X4 supports and I had to cut the flashing back before I could get at the bees and comb.
