A (nother) new house

We now own three houses, again.  I am embarrassed to admit it.  I chalk it up to cabin fever.  In any case, we were not happy with the thought of moving back into the little town house we bought not too long ago.  So, we found a nice little single-story (good for my knees) house with an exceptional back yard.

The back yard.  There was a table and 4 chairs behind the photographer, another one just past the amazing BBQ, a couch and coffee table, a rocker, a cabinet, 2 lounge chairs, a chiminee, and various assorted pots.  We asked for all of them to be included in the offer, but our realtor messed up and we didn't get them, but didn't know it until closing.  The realtor apologized by paying for a new BBQ.

We will enjoy the small pool and the great garden boxes and bird houses back there, as well as the palms and banana trees.

The good news is that the same day we closed on this new house, we signed a contract to sell the house in Utah.  Hopefully that sale will close with no hitches.  We will now put the town house on the market and perhaps we can finally become one-house owners again.
